Great affordability, great location.
The location of this hotel is amazing - it is right next to Haeundae station. I was attending a conference at BEXCO and I felt this was an ideal location for affordability and ease of travel (~15 minutes to BEXCO). Also, close to a lot of the tourist activities on Haeundae.
Temperature control and humidity was not ideal - however was fine so long as you left the AC on for more than 10 minutes.

cost-effective stay in Haeundae: located close to everything
location, perfect: close to the subway, close to the beach, close to bus stops and so on. since it's located basically in the middle of the popular place (for both tourist and locals) you can basically find loads of shops including 24hr conveninet stores in extreme proxy. Staffs are super friendly, although i didnt use breakfast and business lounge, i am sure those are good too. Wifi, IPtv, internet connection speed, all great. water pressure awesome, bathroom drainage perfect (personally despise hotels with low water pressure and clogged up drainage)
construction's going on basically 360 around the location. if you are not intent to stay between 8am-6pm, you wont hear or feel nothing regarding construction. the building and rooms are a little aged, you might find some worn off parts here and there. the room i stayed had 3 ventilation (1 in toilet, 1 near shower and 1 in room-very interesting choice of putting ventilation system) these automatically run when you turn on lights. little noisy. Considering how much paid for each night, i am over all OK with everything but the room was quite dusty. i didnt or could see dust on the desk, little table or on the bed, but i could see bundles of dust bunnies on divider frame, top of TV and.... basically places where average people cannot reach. this might not bother some but allergy proned people might react to it: my eyes did.
